Hadley was so excited for Sloan to be in town and she spent the night with us her first night here. Sunday morning (23rd) we took Hadley, Hudson, Sloan, and Davis to our Christmas Eve service at Life Church. It was so much fun having all four of them with us although Matt and I probably looked like chickens with our heads cut off trying to corral four kids. Before we left for church Hudson and Davis were playing with some of Hudson's toys. It was so fun because this is the first time they have really played together (with each other). Davis was so sweet to Hudson the entire trip and was very concerned about him the entire time. He always made sure Hudson had food and drinks and even put up with a couple bite marks.
I tried to take advantage of all the pretty trees at church and lined the kids up for a picture. Actually, the picture was Sloan's idea. The girls wanted to stand back-to-back and the boys tried to get in on the action as well. Hudson was a little confused at what exactly he should be doing.
Hudson was Davis' little shadow and did just about anything he did!
This series of pictures cracks me up because it shows how impossible it was to get a picture of all 4 of them in the chairs. I just started snapping pictures with my phone while the four kids tried to arrange themselves in the right spots. I was laughing so hard when I later looked through the pictures and saw that we didn't get a single one with all looking!
