The Purple Pixies have come together again...this time for basketball. We have mostly the same team which, I believe, is what enticed the girls to want to play. Hadley was pretty excited to go pick out a new basketball just for her and after daddy taught her how to shoot the ball she spent many days dribbling around on the driveway and shooting the ball. I think she really does like it! Here she is at her first practice:
Hudson and Oscar have a ball playing around as well. They chase each other, scream, wrestle, and pretty much interrupt practice at least 5 times!
We were all pretty excited for our first game. We didn't know if the girls had any clue what they were doing but they did a great job and figured it out really quickly! We even played a team that has played a couple of seasons together already and still held our own. Hadley made 3 baskets and I was so proud of how hard she tried and would go after the ball!
The jury is still out on whether we are the best team, but we sure are the cutest!

She was pretty happy about her points and turned to make sure we didn't miss it. I am still loving that toothless smile :)
