Seaside, Day 3

Every Saturday morning Seaside has a local farmer's market in Central Square. From our place we were able to watch them get all set up and we waited for until it was all ready for us to head down and check out what they had to offer. Unfortunately, there wasn't much we were interested in except this really yummy nut mixture that we devoured that day. Hudson and Hadley showed no interest in being there and the only other thing we left with that morning was a kite that Hudson insisted on. Hadley and I went back to the room for breakfast while Matt and Hudson flew his new kite in the square. There was practically no wind and it wasn't the easiest task but it got lots of smiles out of Hudson to watch his daddy get the kite up in the air.

With beach pictures planned for this evening we decided to spend the morning at the pool. Hudson was so excited to take is new shark and Hadley couldn't wait to find more kids to play with. We packed our cooler with sandwiches and fruit and made our way down to the pool on our bikes. We all played games for a couple hours and I got some cute pictures of the kids with such big smiles on their faces.

Naptime for the two boys while Hadley and I walked around outside for a while. She soon decided she was ready for a nap too and I got to spend some time out on the porch reading a book. Unfortunately, clouds started rolling in and it looked like we were going to get a nice rain shower right before our family pictures were scheduled. We took our time eating a snack, resting, watching movies, and getting ready for pictures as the rain moved through. It wasn't your typical florida shower but instead was a good amount of rain that lasted for a while.

All dressed and ready for pictures. With another shower coming soon our photographer asked us to meet her early so that we could make sure and at least get a few pictures in. We walked down to the beach and the sunset was actually really pretty with the dark clouds in background. But it was WINDY!! She kept trying to turn us directions to help with the wind but it was blowing our hair everywhere. She still managed to get some great shots making the whole thing worth it. Those pictures are in a later blog post.

After dinner we walked through the rain to Pickles and ate dinner. And of course, back to Heavenly's for more dessert. We went to a few shops and the kids played in the mud  central square some more before making it back up to our room and calling it an early night. We had a big day at the beach planned for tommorow and all of us needed some rest!
