Seaside - Day 6

With the week coming to an end, I enjoyed an early walk to the coffee shop and then coming home to sit on the balcony while enjoying my coffee. I am going to miss this...

Back to the Farmer's market for more crepes and shopping. Somehow, our kids talk us into something else each time! We rode our bikes, ate breakfast, and enjoyed meeting up with other Crossings families who were also visiting Seaside.

Back to the house to change into our swim clothes and head back to the beach. Another perfect day of weather and we are taking advantage of it. Enjoy lots of pictures of our time on the beach. I just love all the smiles that come with sand, water, and sun...

Late afternoon we stopped playing to head back to the house and rest for a little bit. We had scheduled family pictures and wanted to kids to hopefully not be complete disasters for them! After getting ready we drove to Grayton beach to the most wonderful spot for pictures. We had absolutely no wind and the sunset was beautiful. The kids were so good (other than Buck not wanting to take pictures) and we ended up with some really good ones. I have the pictures posted in another post.

After leaving pictures Ryan and Lisa took all the kids back to the house so Matt and I could have a night of eating dinner by ourselves. We ate at Great Southern and it has now become my favorite Seaside restaurant! We have been told several times we made a mistake by not eating there last summer and now I completely agree. It will be a must in the future. The adult mac-n-cheese will hit the spot every single time! It was so fun to walk into the restaurant and see the Bakers there. We got to avoid a super long wait and just join them for dinner....even more perfect!
