Wings Pumpkin patch

While Matt was out of town I planned some activities with the kids to keep us busy. One of these activities was to visit a pumpkin patch. None of us really felt like driving to the wonderful pumpkin patches outside of town so we went to Wings Pumpkin patch just a few miles away. It is put on by a special needs center and all the money raised goes to activities for the special needs children and adults. Although there weren't a ton of things for the kids to do, they still had fun looking at all the different pumpkins, "milking" a cow, bowling, riding in the pumpkin train, and picking out one pumpkin to take home. It was a beautiful day and I got some pretty cute pictures of the kids having fun.

A few pictures before we left the house. These are some  of my favorite pictures in a while:

The kids were most excited about the blow-up pumpkin and immediately wanted a picture with it.

All the smiles prove they had a pretty good time. We are missing daddy but trying to still have lots of fun while he's away...and making sure to send him a lot of pictures.
