Orr Family Farm- Crossings night

We went to our 3rd Crossings night at the Orr Family Farm. It was fun, as usual, minus the 1 hour drive to get there! Planning the evening to start at 5:30 pm never seems like the best idea to me. Anyway, we ate dinner as soon as we got there and the kids were antsy to get out of their seats and run around with their friends. They played on the playground for a little bit, went to the barn to visit the goats and pigs, and then made their way back to the "jumping pillows." Once again, this was the highlight of the night. They always seem to be everyone's favorite part of the Orr Family Farm. It is crazy to look back on how much Hudson has grown over the past year and while we spent most of last year carrying him around, this year he was so independent and only seemed to want to play! I didn't get any pictures this year but the other favorite thing are the giant tricycles and pedal go-carts that can be driven around the racetrack. I think Matt and Hudson rode around the track several times! When it was about time to leave the kids talked us into pony rides and we thought we were headed home. But then one last stop on the train (that ended up breaking down halfway around the track) and we had closed the place down. For some reason we end up the last people to leave every single year. Guess that must just mean the kids are having a great time!!!
