Hadley's first day of Pre-K

Hadley started Pre-K today and could not have been more excited. She woke up so early, jumped right in the bathtub, and asked me to curl her hair. Thankfully, I had gotten up early as well to get things ready or the hair would not have gotten curled because of how long and thick it is! With a little time to spare and Hudson still sleeping we went outside to take some pictures of her first day.

I made this sign the night before and asked Hadley what she wanted to be. She made her mommy and daddy proud by telling us she definitely wanted to be a dentist.

After several pictures, she insisted on the one that she thought would be the VERY best. She wanted a picture by the mailbox because someday the bus may pick her up there. Little does she know, her school doesn't even have a bus.

Walking into her school.

Hadley and her teacher, Jill Pitzer. We love her already! She has taught at Crossings for many years and I have had so many people tell me how amazing she is and how much their kids learned in her class. We are thrilled to get to spend a year with her.
We are looking forward to a very fun year at Hadley's new school. This day came way too fast!
