Another quick month!
Hudson is now 17 lbs and 6 oz. Moved up to the 12th percentile. He loves to eat any type of baby food but not table food because it gags him. No big hurry on the table food though. From the experience with the first kid, you realize quickly how easy baby food is!
Where we are now:
-Hudson loves balls. He throws them, chases them down, and throws them again.
-Scrunches his nose when he laughs
-We have a biter! Hopefully not on purpose, but it still hurts. Poor Hadley has had her share of teeth marks. Thank goodness he's not in daycare or we might be kicked out!
-Thinking the biting is coming from the teething. Thankfully, one of his top teeth just popped through his gums last night so hopefully it will end soon. This means we now have 3 teeth.
-Still gives lots of kisses and when someone starts talking to him he gets shy and burys his head in our shoulder.
-Stranger anxiety has set in and he definitely wants his mommy and daddy. It made leaving for work a little hard last week when he cried for me for the first time.
-He stands all by himself, squats up and down, but hasn't taken a step yet. Yesterday he lifted his right foot off the ground over and over but wouldn't move forward.
-HATES getting his diaper changed. Big time! I would say 99% of the time he screams, twists, and turns because he DOES NOT want to lay still.
-For the most part a great sleeper but early riser. At least I have plenty of time to play before work. Usually sleeps about 6:30 to 5:30 or 6. And takes two naps, each about 1.5 hours.
Pictures were once again hard because I attempted to take them by myself AND keep him from falling out of the chair:
