Once again, we had the crazy idea of playing on two basketball teams. We keep saying this is the last time but I believe this year it truly is the last time! I assume next year Hudson will start wanting to play basketball or some other sport and our schedule will be too busy. But for now Hadley loves playing basketball and loves each of her teams so she isn't quite ready to give one up. We've only had a couple weeks of games but so far she is doing great. She scored 4 goals in her first game, 6 in the second, and 0 in two of the games (but she also only played half a game in each of those). The goals have been raised to 8 feet but even as the shortest player on the team, she still manages to get the ball up there! She has improved drastically on her ball handling and she has become really confident. We are proud of how hard she tries and we are excited to see the teams improve over the season.
