March pics

I'm getting behind on my blogging so I'm going to try to make this one short and sweet with comments. Just some pictures I don't want to forget.

The kids found a new app called Masquerade. It has many things it can do but one of the features is face swap. I don't think we have laughed so hard, in a long time (maybe ever) the first time we tried it out:

Hadley napping and Hudson watching a movie. No possible chance I could EVER talk him into taking a nap!

Easter projects with Susan while Mommy and Daddy work...

Precious boy still loving his new haircut...and as much as I didn't think I would...I do too!

Hadley had her Chinese festival at school. I found this cute little robe on Etsy and I forgot to take a picture before we left the house so the school parking lot had to do. They had so much fun learning about Chinese traditions as well as tasting some authentic Chinese dishes.

Park date with Hudson and these pics just give a small sample of what a goof ball he is.  He will do anything and everything to get a laugh...

A few more of Hudson. First of all....I can not go anywhere without my two kids following behind. Funny thing is....it does not bother me ONE bit. I will miss it like crazy someday. This particular night I was exhausted from work and told Matt I was going to take a bath. I assumed Hudson wasn't listening since he was watching TV. However, only minutes into my bath I hear the door creak open. It started with him just talking. Then he slowly undressed. Then he claimed he was just going to sit on the side. Then I called it quits when his feet hit the water.
The next picture is just a cute one of him watching TV and the last pic is Hudson relaxing on Bauer and Daddy. It doesn't take much for him to find  a comfy spot and settle in!

On the way to a bowling b-day party for his friend, Brynn, and I glanced back to see a boy looking all grown up in the back seat. What happened?! And then an awesome picture of excitement when he bowled his first ever strike!

Hadley had softball practice and Hudson had another birthday party at the Science Museum. After Hadley's practice, Hadley and Daddy met us at the museum. They walked around checking it all out while Hudson and I finished up at the party. Afterwards, we all stayed a while longer and spent the afternoon showing daddy all the new stuff the museum has added.

Now a few pictures of Hadley. First of her craft for her Resurrection party, doing what she does best at Karate (helping with all the younger kids), reading in the backseat (something I never thought she would enjoy doing), and showing off her new flexibility trick that she has been working so hard on! When she gets her mind set on something she will work and work until she gets it done!

Some of the best friends around at Mary Beth's art party. Afterwards Hadley was invited to the Thunder game with Clara. Sarah Baker told Hadley earlier that day that they always look for cute girls with big bows to throw the shirts to. Hadley took that into account when picking out her outfit for the game. She could not have been more excited for Susannah to send me this pick of her after being given a t-shirt. And, of course, we had to call Sarah the next day too!

Can you ever get too many pics of a precious, sleeping child?

Hadley could not have been more excited to use her lemonade stand from Papa for the first time. And it was so fun to have Peyton, David, and Lottie here to break it in! They ended up making $27 which isn't too bad for a cool day in March.

More Easter crafts with neighbors and friends...

I can't see them moving to seperate rooms anytime soon...and I certainly won't encourage it. I love the special bond they have and especially when I get to see these sweet cuddles in the morning.

My new, long Thursday hours have been a little rough on me but I have loved that Matt gets off at 3:00 and can pick the kids up from school. He sent me this picture on one of my days working of the kids hitting balls with him. I think they will adjust just fine!
