2nd dance competition of the season was a fun one! Matt had a soccer game to go to of Hudson's and so I had a day with Hadley by myself. We danced at 10am and then awards were at 2. Mama, Papa, and the Bakers (Bart, Sarah, Ben, and Will) all came to watch her. So sweet to have so much support for her each competition. She did great again and her front walkover keeps getting better. After she danced everyone left and Hadley and I went to lunch together at her favorite...Olive Garden. She made me laugh the whole time and was in such a silly mood. We finished eating, read a book she has been working on for a little bit in the car, and then went in for awards. They didn't do as great this time which is so strange because I thought their dance was even better than the first competition. They still got high gold and 2nd overall which is something to be proud of! It was such a fun day watching her do one of the things she really loves!
