Soccer with the Pink Knights and t-ball with the Purple Pixies have started again! Its going to be a busy spring with soccer, tball, and dance. And not only that, Hadley's school friends put together a t-ball team as well (the Diamond Divas) that starts in a couple weeks so it will add more to the chaos. But Hadley is always on the go and just doesn't wear out so she is pumped and ready. We've already discussed how it all might need to change next year when she starts first grade and begins getting more homework!
Here are some pictures of the first few soccer practices and games. It has been a WINDY start and the soccer fields are always even windier!
Peyton, Mama, and Papa came out to watch Hadley's first game. Hudson loved having someone to play with during the game.
These next three pictures are of Hadley's first goal of the season! She was passed the ball, dribbled around a goal, and shot it in the right side of the goal. Daddy was at home sick and so sad he missed it but it was fun to text him updates throughout the game.
Hadley is really good at throwing in the ball so she is often given that job. Sidenote: I still know VERY little about soccer so I will not be using ANY of the right terms. Surely, I will start learning them soon.
Hadley going after the ball and getting tripped by an opponent. I am so proud of how hard she always hustles and how she jumps right up and gets back in the game after ending up on the ground. We never hear complaints out of her.
First soccer game was a success with a win and a goal scored by Hadley!
Some pictures from Hadley's first t-ball game. This year I am trying to get a lot more video of her playing so I may not have as many pictures.
Brooklyn, Hadley, and Story before the game.
Second base still seems to be Hadley's favorite position though the girls still move around a lot and play them all.
The little brother clan. We leave every single game covered in dirt!
And a win for the Purple Pixies as well!
The end of the game snacks are quite possibly the reason the kids play. Ha!
