Hadley's teacher emailed me early in the week and told me that Matt and I would like to be at the Knight time assembly on Friday because Hadley was being presented with an award. It was a surprise and I could hardly wait to find out what the award was. Turns out she was one of the Kindergarteners chosen for the compassion award! How awesome is that?! Of all qualities I could have picked for my child, compassion is definitely up at the top. And although we have always realized what a compassionate, sensitive little girl she is I am glad she is the same way at school and away from us. Way to go, Hadley! WE ARE SO PROUD OF YOU!
