I thought Hudson looked absolutely adorable in this outfit with his new haircut so I tried to convince him to let me take some pictures of him. As usual, he said no and would NOT look at me. In fact, he soon began running from me making it nearly impossible. I did manage to trick him on a couple though.
Stinker was caught climbing up the outside of the stairs. It never ends with him.
Evening walking weather has begun!
Hudson and I decided to surprise Hadley at lunch one day. She was so excited to see us walk in and couldn't wait to show Hudson off to all her friends. It is hilarious whenever her friends see him. They all give him big hugs and hold his hand. He thinks it is pretty awesome and wears a big grin on his face the entire time.
He fit right in by grabbing the cash register and playing store.
Hadley and her friend, Clara, had a playdate and Kristin sent me some pictures while she was babysitting.
Mary Beth's 6th birthday was an Extreme Animals birthday party. Although Hadley had been to one before she was much younger and didn't really remember it. She thought it was pretty awesome this time around and was definitely less scared of some of the animals than her mommy was.
Holding Baby Jake just home from the hospital. She is pretty crazy about babies...and especially really cute ones!
Mrs. Burshek's birthday party at school. These kiddos are so lucky to have such an awesome teacher.
So I seemed to have caught Hudson's virus and I got pretty sick myself. This was the first time I had ever attempted to take care of a child while feeling like I was on my death bed and it was really difficult. But Hudson was incredible and really tried to take care of me. He brought me all his dinosaurs to keep me company (and asked me to play for a little bit) and he even rested with me and took a nap. This nap thing is pretty non-existent with him so this was huge! Thankfully, I was feeling a little better the next day and we made it through just fine.
Daddy's golfing buddies are getting much better... Won't be long before they are playing a full 18 with him!
Some cute pictures of the kids that make me thankful for always having an iphone handy...
Hudson's long lasting sickness before Easter. You can always tell when Hudson is sick because of his eyes. He doesn't get a runny nose but instead gets gunky eyes and a croupy cough.
Whew! What a month! It was busy with school getting close to being over and having a sick kid always makes it a little longer. So thankful we have everyone feeling better again!
