September was a great start to fall, we were in the swing of things with both kids in full-time school, two birthdays, and lots of time outside.
Hudson got a kit for his birthday where he could chisel away at "stone" to search for "gold." He was over the moon excited each time he discovered another piece. And safety always comes first because he loved wearing his safety googles during his exploration!
Hadley lined up and ready to cheer at halftime with the other kids in the lower school. Also, a couple pictures of Hadley with Bauer and Hadley riding in the jeep.
Will had Hudson spend the night and Hadley was a little bit excited about her night with us by herself. She even turned down a sleepover to stay at home which kinda made my day! Sarah sent me a couple pictures of Hudson and Will watching movies in bed and playing on their fort.
Hadley had planned out a fun night for us including dinner and a makeover for mommy. She did all my make-up and minus the winged eyeliner I really loved how it turned out. I was pretty impressed!
The next morning I got a couple more pictures of the boys watching more movies and putting away some pancakes. Hadley enjoyed sleeping with us with plans of sleeping in....though she was about at her typical 6:30am.
At Hudson's soccer game and Hadley was excited to see Reese there...on Reese's birthday. Jessica sent me a picture from Reese's birthday blessing the next day. I love seeing my girl smiling in class with friends.
I went on a little girls trip to Tulsa and daddy had the kids for the night. I got a cute picture of Hadley and a pic of Hudson with friends at the homecoming foodtruck celebration.
Just ANOTHER picture of Hudson and his best friend!
We were thankful Will got to join us again for "bring a friend week" at karate. Hudson always loves having will come to class with him.
A few random pictures of the Hadley, the kids sleeping together, and Hudson playing soccer!
Clara took Hadley to the OSU game with her. I was a little nervous since this is the first time Hadley would sit in the actual stands but Hadley said she LOVED it!
Hadley absolutely loves to play "family," school, house, babysitter, teacher more than any kid I have ever seen! She will come home from school and the very first thing she does is grab her dolls and start playing. If a friend is over they are either the mom, the kid, etc and they pretend play the entire time. Lately, Hadley has been immediately changing, setting up her dolls, and preparing teacher lessons for them. In these pics she is reading the Bible to them and having Bible class. She will make roll sheets, lunch menus, and practice handwriting with them. I LOVE to watch her imagination go!
A couple last pictures of our new 6 year old! Goodness, hes growing up SO fast!!!
