The first OSU game of the season for us to go to as a family is always one of my favorite days. It takes up the whole Saturday and its not something I could do every week but it is so fun to get that family time together, cheering for football, stopping by tailgates, and eating lots of food in the club. We always have a great time and its even better when we finish with a win!
We made good time getting to Stillwater and found the Pfenningers at their tailgate. The kids decorated cookies and we even got to see Bullet warm up. That was pretty exciting and fun to watch! Hudson played catch with his daddy and Hadley and I enjoyed some girl talk with Story and Kristin.
We left the tailgate and headed for the stadium where we met up with Lolly, Pops, E, Tim, and the kids to go inside.
Lots of pictures from inside the stadium. As always the kids (and the parents probably) loaded up on sugar and were happy campers! Hudson cared much more this time about learning the game from his daddy and Hadley even wanted to understand what was going on as well. It is amazing how much both kids have grown....they stayed in their seats, watched the game, and we no longer are having to chase them all over the club and keep them entertained. I already look back and miss those days but am more than excited about all the new memories we get to make now!
After the third quarter we knew the game was a Cowboy win and the kids got a little antsy to leave. So we took them down to the play field and they ran and ran and ran while we sat on bench and watched them play. They had many races up and down the field and Hadley practiced her back walkovers. We had a great day and so much fun!
