This marks Hadley and Matt's 4th Daddy/Daughter dance and I know one little girl was even more excited than she has been in past years. She helped me pick out a dress for the night and couldn't wait to get ready. We chose a different route this year as Crossings was hosting their first annual Daddy/Daughter dance. It was a hard decision because Hadley has always loved Rose Creek's but they finally decided it would be fun to try out something new with friends this year.
All dressed and ready to go...but, of course, there is no way of sneaking out before mom can get a million pictures.
This little girl LOVES her daddy and I completely understand why. He adores her and makes sure she knows it every single day.
Peyton and Ryan came over so they could all go to the dance together. This is the first year the girls have gotten to go together and it was Ryan and Peyton's first Daddy Daughter dance. We picked up Chick-fil-A, ate a quick dinner, exchanged corsages and boutonnieres, and took some more pictures. And then they were off for a fun night while I got to enjoy a quiet night at home with just me and my favorite 5 year old!
Matt got a few pictures of Hadley while at the dance and it sure showed how great of a time she was having. She didn't fail to tell me how great it was as well! They danced, ate lots of sweets, laughed with friends, and ended the night with a date to Orange Leaf.
This could quite possibly be one of my favorite pictures I have ever gotten of Hadley! She is pure joy 99.9% of the time and so carefree. I just feel like this picture portrays her perfectly as I can imagine there is a huge smile across her face during this spin!
Four years of Daddy Daughter dances and I'm not quite sure why I did this to myself. They years are going by too quickly!
