The Bakers asked us to meet them at the Storybook Forest and we quickly took them up on it. However, it was only 15 minutes into waiting in line when we remembered why we decided to skip last year. The girls were, obviously, very patient as pictured:
Once we got there everyone was all smiles again! We got some hot chocolate to warm up and jumped in line to get inside the forest. Lottie had never been so it was fun to see her get excited for it.
All the kids lined up and ready to go in. Ben was a stick man and his costume was so cool once it got dark outside. I was a little nervous Hudson would start begging for Will's costume since he loves Ninja Turtles right now. But instead he was perfectly happy in his 3t police uniform that he decided to wear all on his own. He got it last year for his birthday and the pants were about 4 inches too short! He was as happy as could be and it just made him look that much cuter...

After loading up on candy, playing a few games, and working up an appetite we moved over to the bonfire where we made s'mores and got messy. Oh, and we all smelled like a giant campfire as well. It was worth the 30 min wait in line in our car. It was a fun night with friends!
